Heads up — You can't preview your answer unless you upload your quarterly data file.

1

Reporting Quarter & Product

Important

Select the correct product to map to the DDQ Template. The list of products comes from your quarterly data file.

2

Data Questions Toggle

Filter your document to just the data questions or untoggle to also include narrative questions.

3

Data or Narrative Questions

Each question is labeled as a data or narrative response; click the chevron to change the question type. If a question tagged as data can't actually be answered from your quarterly data file, change it to narrative.

4

Reanalyze & Preview

Reanalyze a single data question to re-map it to your latest data file, or click preview to run the query in advance of publishing. Once the answer is generated, the Previewed status appears below the response.

Manage a DDQ template

2

Fix Manually

Opens the template for hands-on edits. It's hidden until you unpublish the template — see Fix Manually below.

3

Import Plan

Import the DDQ mapping from a similar standard template instead of building the question mapping from scratch.

4

Reset Template

Discard your changes and return the template to its original state.

Fix Manually

You must unpublish the template before you can edit the original classification — once unpublished, select Fix Manually to make your changes, then republish the new classification. Left click on your classified questionnaire to open the editing menu. Microsoft Word is currently the only supported template format.

1

Formatting Your DDQ Template

Select paragraphs and left click to open the editing menu. Mark All tags them at once as a Section Heading, Question, or Answer, matching Orrigo's color coding. Clear removes tags so you can start over.

2

DDQ Tools

Work in bulk or one pair at a time. Convert to Q&A turns selected rows, all rows, or a full table into question-and-answer pairs Orrigo can map to your DDQ template. You can also tag or clear an entire table as an Answer, edit a single Q&A pair, or add and remove 2-column Q&A pairs directly in the document.

Quick recap: First, onboard, edit, and save a completed questionnaire. Next, go to your Vault and open your document as a DDQ template, edit, and publish it to Microsoft Word.
